I received my CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification from The Coaches Training Institute (definitely a right-brained organization). I began my coaching training because I thought I could help a family member (not so much). In process, I knew I could help myself (yes to that one). Helping others is a privilege that I'm grateful for each and every day. In addition to my coaching certification, I hold professional memberships with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Long Island Coaching Alliance as a current member and a past president.

My skills as a leader, a visionary and a communicator enhance my work as a manager of management development, designing training lifecycles and facilitating training programs in the corporate world. My previous life as a professional actress/director and writer is always present in what I do. I bring my genuine self to my work and it is valued, even in the corporate world.

I coach the Creative Journey for the writer, artist, performer ... the creative individual in us all, as well as organizations who honor the creative self in everyday life and work.
