Time Flies ... If only there was time ...
What do you want to accomplish that always seems out of reach?
It might be something that would impact your world - maybe the world - or it might be something as seemingly insignificant as organizing your closet.
What matters most, is that it matters to you.
"You are brand new with every breath; with every beat of your heart". In that newness is opportunity to create new paths, new stories, new behaviors.
Have a conversation with your future-self. Envision yourself already where you want to be. Ask your future-self: how did you get here? What did it take? And listen to the answers. The wisdom is inside you.
I choose to go forward and face today. I am ready to continue on my journey ... there is time.

Who I am is not who I was ...
Rilke said, "To fall patiently and trust our heaviness .. even a bird has to do that before it can fly".
The word "baggage" comes to mind when I hear this; Baggage as in an excess heaviness that we carry with us; a heaviness that weighs us down.
What if that heaviness was necessary ? If we had no baggage, no heaviness, the slightest breeze would blow us away. We would be insubstantial beings at constant risk. What if our heaviness is what makes it possible for us to fly?
Ask your past-self: what's the heaviness in my mind, my heart, my spirit? Consider them as if you're packing for a trip: Do you really need this? How much room is it taking up? Will you be charged for extra baggage? Then trust your choices.
What do you need to trust before you can fly?
